📘License
Please read the License Agreement carefully before using the BBaaS package. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using the package.
License Grant
The Licensor grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the use of the package solely for integration with the Licensee’s internal applications, provided that the Licensee is a valid customer of ogtechdevs.
Restrictions
The Licensee must not distribute, sublicense, rent, or make the package available to third parties without the Licensor’s consent.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or modification of the package is not allowed.
Removing or altering notices, trademarks, or copyright marks from the package is prohibited
Support and Updates
The Licensor will provide support and updates only to the Licensee while there is an active relationship with ogtechdevs.
The terms for support and updates will be defined between the Licensor and the Licensee.
Ownership
The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights over the package.
This agreement does not grant the Licensee the right to use the Licensor’s trademarks or trade names..
Termination
This agreement is valid until terminated.
The Licensor may terminate the agreement immediately if the Licensee violates its terms.
Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the package and destroy all copies in their possession
Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, regardless of conflict of laws principles.
Complete Agreement
The agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties on the subject matter and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
